Here's the important thing -- All the gear we invest in, will go to waste if we do not protect our ears!! I recently purchased 2 pairs of the ETY Plugs earplugs (from Etymotic Research) and I could not be more satisfied. Unlike generic foamy earplugs from your local pharmacy, these plugs are committed to reducing sound evenly (-20db!!!!) across the frequency range without changing the clarity of the music. For a low price of $12.95, you can prevent a lifetime of damage.. you know, you brush your teeth before bed, you put your earplugs in before dj set.. common sense!!
